Scholarship Opportunities
By providing scholarship opportunities, our hope at Surf Camp is to provide those who would otherwise not be able to attend camp the opportunity to enjoy an energizing camp experience. Surfing is a sport that everyone can benefit from and at Surf Camp we don't think this opportunity should be forgone by anyone.
Over the years, Surf Camp has extended scholarships to over 100 surf campers. Every year, we are able to offer approximately 12 scholarships covering up to $250 of tuition in camp. Because of the high demand for camp and the limited availability of scholarships, we are only able to offer scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to attend.
The Surf Camp Scholarship Application will be available beginning January 31st, 2017. The deadline to apply for a scholarship for the 2017 season will be April 30, 2017. Scholarship decisions will be made during the month of May.
Day Camp
Join us for Maine's original surfing day camp. In our flagship summer camp, your camper will learn to surf, make lots of new friends, and hang out at the best place in the world: a Maine beach in the summertime! Book early - camp fills up quickly.
- Full week program (M-F)
- 9AM to 3PM on the beach
- Kids and teens aged 9 to 15
Surf + Climb Camp
Surf + Climb camp is a unique weekend offering that combines surfing in the morning with rock climbing in the afternoon.
- 2-Day Weekend Program
- Kids and teens aged 9 to 16
- Held at Scarborough Beach and Salt Pump Climbing Co
Surf Lessons
Learn to surf with the most experienced instructors in the Northeast. Our surf lessons teach surfing fundamentals that will stick with you for a lifetime. Meanwhile, you'll experience the thrill of wave riding. Fair warning: we've created many addicts!
